Inspiring the Next Generation, One Conversation at a Time

We had an incredible day at The John Roan School, where The Eze Foundation hosted a speedy networking day with the Year 12 sixth formers.

The energy was electric as we brought together 15 inspiring professionals from a diverse range of industries—football, physiotherapy, nursing, digital strategy, property, finance, modelling, and more. Each guest generously shared their personal career journeys, insights, and advice in a fast-paced and engaging format designed to spark curiosity and confidence.

Throughout the morning, students rotated between professionals, asking thoughtful questions, exploring new career possibilities, and gaining a better understanding of the paths available beyond school. It was a powerful reminder of the impact real-life role models can have when they take the time to pour into the next generation.

By the end of the session, students walked away feeling more informed, motivated, and empowered to take the next steps in their journey.
