Inside the Game: Premier League Insight Day with The Eze Foundation

The Eze Foundation had the incredible privilege of taking 18 sixth form students to the Premier League Headquarters for an unforgettable Insight Day—an experience designed to inspire, empower, and ignite ambition in the next generation.

From the moment we arrived, the students were immersed in the world of football beyond the pitch. Through a series of engaging presentations, creative challenges, and interview preparation sessions, they gained a deeper understanding of the diverse career pathways within the Premier League—spanning media, marketing, community engagement, legal, operations, and more.

A standout moment of the day was our carousel-style networking session, where 25 Premier League employees rotated around small groups of students, sharing their career journeys, insights, and invaluable advice. This open, honest exchange created a powerful space for connection and mentorship—and left a lasting impression on everyone involved.

The impact? Immediate and visible. The students walked away more confident, more informed, and more motivated to explore the many opportunities available to them—both in and beyond football.
