Eberechi Eze
Founder
Ebere, the founder, sits as a trustee for the foundation and continues to uphold the values and direction we go in. Ebere is central to the relationships we build and the partnerships within the sporting world, aiding with connecting opportunities with young people who are associated with the charity. He feels strongly about positively guiding youth in line with what their interests are and developing their experiences in the working world.

Eze
Ikechi Eze is the acting COO of the Eze Foundation. With a strong background in mentoring students and fostering meaningful relationships with schools across London, Ikechi has been instrumental in creating pathways for youth to unlock their full potential. His passion lies in providing opportunities in the workplace for driven and motivated young individuals, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to achieve success.

Ben
Lindsay
Trustee
Ben Lindsay OBE is founder of Power The Fight, launched in 2019, Power the Fight is an award-winning charity which tackles violence affecting young people. Ben was awarded an OBE in King Charles’ first New Years Honours List for services to communities in SE London. His first book, the No1 Bestseller, We Need To Talk About Race – Understanding the Black Experience in White Majority Churches was released in July 2019 through SPCK Publishing.
Steve

Following a career in sales and marketing, Steve has worked in the Christian charity sector for the last 35 years and is involved in the leadership of an international charity. He has recently handed over the leadership of the church he pastored for 30 years. He and his wife have three married sons and are enjoying a new season with grandchildren

William
dalziel
TRUSTEE
William grew up in Argentina as a son of missionaries, has lived largely in the UK, but also in Italy, and the US, and has in addition worked in the Caribbean, Southern Africa, and Latin America. He has a keen interest in culture and the role of business in community development. His most recent career was in Investment Management, where he headed his firm’s Institutional division, and before that, he was a director of a major Insurer’s international business in Latin America.

KEMI Bramwell
Trustee
Kemi has a history degree from the University of London and has also studied Law. She has worked as a paralegal in insurance and clinical negligence for several years whilst also pursuing a career as a Professional Singer and is a member of the Kingdom Choir who sang at the Royal Wedding of Harry and Meghan in 2018. Kemi is passionate about helping the youth and has taught teenagers in local church’s for a number of years, acquiring a certificate in Christian Counselling.

Joel is a versatile professional with expertise in videography, photography, event planning, and mentoring. He has a wealth of experience working within sports and community initiatives and has made a significant impact by mentoring young adults. His creative skills, combined with his dedication to guiding and empowering others, make him a valuable asset in any project focused on youth development and community engagement.

Lucine

TRUSTEE
Lucine is a committed Finance Manager with several years of experience working in the charity sector. Born in Mauritius and raised in Southeast London, she currently works for a local non-profit organisation, where she helps manage budgets, keeps track of income and expenditure, and supports planning for the future.
Lucine enjoys a practical and collaborative approach to finance, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She is dedicated to supporting staff across the organisation, enabling them to focus on delivering the charity’s goals and making a real difference in the community.

Jan is a digital expert with extensive sports and community experience, having previously worked with Badu, where they played a key role in supporting individuals from underprivileged backgrounds reach their full potential. Jan combines a strong technical skill set with a deep commitment to social impact, leveraging digital solutions to empower communities and create lasting change.
