Last week, The Eze Foundation had the privilege of partnering with New Balance and Foot Locker on the global exclusive 740 campaign featuring

Eberechi Eze.
As part of this exciting activation, we brought together students from The Eze Foundation and our friends at BADU for a collaborative workshop in Croydon led by artist Freddie Peacock. The session gave young people the chance to step into the world of design, using sport and culture as their inspiration to create bespoke canvases that reflected their ideas, creativity, and individuality.
The atmosphere was filled with energy, collaboration, and possibility. Each student poured their imagination into their work, developing unique designs that told stories far beyond the canvas. This was more than just art—it was about giving young people a platform to express themselves, be bold, and feel seen.

The highlight of the day came when Eberechi Eze himself joined the activation. Not only did he spend time with the students, but he also had the tough job of selecting the winning designs. His presence made the experience unforgettable, showing the young people first-hand that their creativity matters and can stand alongside global campaigns.
Moments like this are at the heart of what we do. At The Eze Foundation, we believe in creating opportunities that empower young people to unlock their potential, connect with industry leaders, and explore new pathways for their future.
We are deeply grateful to New Balance, Foot Locker, BADU, and Freddie Peacock for making this workshop possible—and to our incredible students, whose talent and energy continue to inspire us all.

This day was proof of what happens when culture, creativity, and opportunity come together.
